    The Che's-Way

We will post any healthy vegetarian recipes.

In this day and age it is “Real Art” to navigate among all the “Food-like Edible Substances” in the supermarkets. It is also amazing how many of these substances is being marketed as “healthy food”, good for you and all of us. The amount of money spent by the bad guys promoting their products traditionally outperforms multiple times, the publicity real healthy food gets.

Always wash your vegetables![they might be covered with pesticides and dirt you don't see]. Avoid antibacterial agents. Don’t use, plastic utensils or cookware and food in plastic[watter/food bottles and wraps] or cans with inner plastic coating [plastic release many toxic chemical damaging our health and increasing body burden]. Also don't use teflon. Ask your pot and skillet maker if they used any form of teflon on your product. Majority of nonstick skillets are made with teflon. [buy dry beans/lagumes in bulk rather than

in can]

Please experiment with recipes, modify them, and adapt them to your taste. If you don’t have or don’t like one ingredient’s replace it with another or leave it out. Try to avoid conventionally [pesticide/herbicide] grown product imported from across the country or abroad if you can buy local, organic produce. Many people spend big money on cell phone, fashion, luxury and entertainment, but than buy the conventional, possibly, cheapest food of the lowest quality, mainly from recognized national and multinational brands. Good, quality, healthy food is not cheap. Cook economically and healthy. TREAT YOURSELF RIGHT. TREAT THIS PLANET RIGHT. Make your own recipes!

MICHAEL POLLAN: Look, if you want to take back control of your diet from this nutritional-industrial complex, from the corporations who want to cook for you and don’t cook very well, because they use cheap raw ingredients, too much salt, sugar and fat to cover that up, you’re going to have to cook yourself. I mean, food you cook yourself is healthier food. People who cook eat healthier diets. We know this. So the challenge is finding the time in the day to do it.
